About Kirsty’s Handmade Keepsakes
Established in 2015, Kirsty’s Handmade Keepsakes was created by me, Kirsty Rossington, in my home in Sleaford, Lincolnshire.
I have always had a love for art and creating but I never found that one thing that I was passionate about. Until, after the birth of my daughter when I realised I didn’t have anything special with all of our names on so I decided to make something special just for us out of polymer clay. I made us a family tree keepsake and baby keepsakes for both of the children and I fell in love with the whole making process.
I started Kirsty’s Handmade Keepsakes so that I could bring my creativity to life and share it with everyone. Not long after opening my shop I had a request for a personalised new home heart, with a lace edge top and a heart cut out of the bottom, it soon led to a request of making it as an engagement heart, which is one of my most popular items.
The people you care about inspire the things I make. Sometimes it’s hard to think of a gift that will really mean something, let alone go out and find it when you’ve got a million other things to do. Everything I make is designed to solve that problem; to be personal, unique and loved for years to come. Personalised gifts are the most meaningful and heartfelt way to show someone how much you appreciate them and I’m proud that I am trusted to be part of your special occasions.
