Each heart is made from polymer clay and hand stamped, framed and then each item is carefully wrapped in eco friendly bubble packing and placed in the postage box with shredded brown Kraft zigzag paper.

Gift wrap includes wrapping in kraft paper and tied with jute twine and finished with a brown Kraft gift tag. I will include a personalised note for you, I can even send it straight to the recipient, just put their address instead of yours.

Available as a hanging heart or framed and with or without the lace edge.

Each heart measures approximately 11x10cm.
Frame size is approximately 6x6inches.
Personalisation
Let me know the personalisation you would like by writing it in the box exactly how you would like it, also ensure that the personalisation you write is correct as this is how it will be made and appear on your finished product. If you would like the word “engaged/married” with the names and dates, you will need to include this with the personalisation. Please message me if you are unsure.
If you need something changing please contact me straight away, as I am not able to make any changes once the item has been made.
