Each one is handmade by me, finished off with jute twine and then each item is carefully placed in the postage box with shredded brown Kraft zigzag paper.

Gift wrap includes wrapping in kraft paper and tied with jute twine and finished with a brown Kraft gift tag. I will include a personalised note for you, I can even send it straight to the recipient, just put their address instead of yours.

The top heart is available in grey with lace edge and pearlised white for the grandchildren hearts.

Please note a hole is left in the bottom grandchild heart for additional grandchildren to be added in the future.

The inspiration for this keepsake: I made them for my mum for Mother's Day, as she didn’t have any keepsakes with her grandchildren on and she absolutely loves it.

Dimensions
Each large heart measures approximately 10x11cm and each standard size heart measures approximately 7.5x7.5cm.
