Please write the full message you'd like on your piece, double check spelling and any names/dates before placing your order, as this is exactly what will be made.

Please note that all personalisation is produced in capital letters.

If you need to make a change, please get in touch as soon as possible, once I've started making your piece I'm unable to make amendments.

As personalised items are made to order, I'm unable to offer refunds or replacements unless the error is on my part.

I'll wrap your piece in kraft paper, tied with natural jute twine and finished with a kraft gift tag. Simply add your message in the box and I'll include it with your order. (a popular choice for those extra special occasions!)

Sending direct to the recipient? Just enter their address instead of yours when placing your order, I'll take care of the rest.

Nothing with billing details is ever included in your parcel, as they are mostly gifts and everything is on your order confirmation email.

Making & dispatch times

Every piece is handmade to order in 3–5 days.
If you order on Friday or over the weekend, your piece will be made Monday or Tuesday and posted the next day. (Orders placed over a bank holiday weekend will be made Tuesday or Wednesday and posted the next day.)

If you need something for a certain date please message or email me first and I can let you know if it’s possible.

Standard delivery - Free - Untracked

Once made they are posted first class untracked using Royal Mail, usually take 1-2 days to arrive but can take longer during Royal Mail’s busy periods.

Tracked - £3.77

Sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24 for extra peace of mind. Estimated delivery within 24 hours of posting. Tracking usually updates after 8pm on the day of posting.

Express delivery - £12.50

This will rush your order if you need something sooner, your order will become a priority and made as soon as possible. It will also be posted with Royal Mail special delivery guaranteed by 1pm. Tracking usually updates after 8pm on the day of posting.
