Description
• Handmade by me using polymer clay.
• Customisable
•The top heart is grey with white lace edge and the Grandchildren hearts are pearlised white.
• A hole is left at the bottom of the last grandchild heart for additional grandchildren to be added in the future.
• Packaged with care, ready for gifting.
• Comes in a postage box with shredded brown Kraft zigzag paper.
• Top heart size approximately 10x11cm and each grandchild heart size approximately 7.5x7.5cm.

Let me know the personalisation you would like by writing it in the box exactly how you would like it, also ensure that the personalisation you write is correct as this is how it will be made and appear on your finished product.
If you need something changing please contact me straight away, as I am not able to make any changes once the item has been made.

Gift wrap includes wrapping in kraft paper and tied with jute twine and finished with a brown Kraft gift tag.
I can send it straight to the recipient, just put their address instead of yours.

All items are posted first class using Royal Mail.
They usually take 1-2 days to arrive but can take longer during Royal Mails busy periods to complete your order within 4-6 days.
