Personalised family tree gift

Celebrate all the members of your family with this personalised family tree keepsake. It’s an alternative family tree and each family member can have their own heart or star.

My lovely polymer clay hearts look gorgeous with your names stamped on them. Most of these family decorations have the family name at the top, parents names below, and then the child or children with as much detail as you’d like.

It’s a wonderful gift on the arrival of a new baby, on an anniversary, or simply for a special family at Christmas.

Each heart and star is handmade to order, and they’re joined with pretty jute twine and ribbon, so that each piece is ready to hang on your wall.

They look lovely in the hallway, kitchen, living room or children’s room, and are a wonderful reminder of the family that feels like home.

I’ve kept this design simple, so it’s only available in grey and pearlised white.

Please note that a hole is left in the bottom in case you would like to add any more hearts/stars in the future.

Made from: polymer clay, paint, jute twine.

Each one is handmade by me, finished off with jute twine and then each item is carefully placed in the postage box with shredded brown Kraft zigzag paper.

Gift wrap includes wrapping in kraft paper and tied with jute twine and finished with a brown Kraft gift tag. I will include a personalised note for you, I can even send it straight to the recipient, just put their address instead of yours.

Dimensions
Each heart measures approximately 7.5x7cm.

Each star measures approximately 6.5x6.5cm.

Personalisation

Please add your names and information for the decorations in the personalisation box eg, 1st heart with "Mr & Mrs Potts", 2nd heart with "Bobby & Kirsty".

Please ensure that the personalisation you write is correct as this is exactly how it will be made and will appear on your finished product. No refunds or replacements can be given (unless it's me at fault of course). Please message me if you are unsure.
