Personalised family tree gift

• Handmade by me using polymer clay.

• Customisable.

• Simple design in grey and pearlised white.

• A hole is left at the bottom of the last heart/star for adding more in the future.

• Packaged with care, ready for gifting.

• Comes in a postage box with shredded brown Kraft zigzag paper.

• Heart size approximately 7.5x7.5cm.

Personalisation

Please write the full message you'd like on your piece, double check spelling and any names/dates before placing your order, as this is exactly what will be made.

Please note that all personalisation is produced in capital letters.

If you need to make a change, please get in touch as soon as possible, once I've started making your piece I'm unable to make amendments.

As personalised items are made to order, I'm unable to offer refunds or replacements unless the error is on my part.

Gift wrap & personal touches

Like it gift wrapped?

Simply tick Is this a gift? above the Add to Basket button to add gift wrap and/or a gift note.

Your keepsake will be wrapped in kraft paper, tied with natural jute twine and finished with a kraft gift tag, a beautiful finishing touch.

Sending direct to the recipient? Just enter their address instead of yours when placing your order, I'll take care of the rest.

Everything is posted in plain outer packaging with no indication of the contents, perfect if you're sending a gift directly to the recipient.

Nothing with billing details is ever included in your parcel, as they are mostly gifts and everything is on your order confirmation email.

Delivery

Making & dispatch times

Every piece is handmade to order in 3–5 days. 

If you need something for a certain date please message or email me first and I can let you know if it’s possible.

Standard delivery - Free - Untracked

Once made they are posted first class untracked using Royal Mail, usually take 1-2 days to arrive but can take longer during Royal Mail’s busy periods.

Tracked - £3.77

Sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24 for extra peace of mind. Estimated delivery within 24 hours of posting. Tracking usually updates after 8pm on the day of posting.

Express delivery - £12.50

As everything is handmade to order, next day delivery isn’t possible. Express delivery will make your order a priority, so it will be made and posted as soon as possible using Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm. Tracking usually updates after 8pm on the day of posting.
