Personalised housewarming heart gift, new home keepsake gift

There's nothing quite like settling into a new home, and I think we can all agree there are many things that can make a new house feel like a home and this personalised new home gift adds a personal touch that can't be forgotten.

A great housewarming gift for someone moving house or buying their first home.

Personalise the heart with the couples names for a perfect bespoke moving gift and special keepsake to celebrate the momentous occasion. Available in a choice of colours with a lace edge top.

Each one is handmade by me using polymer clay, finished off with jute twine and then each item is carefully placed in the postage box with shredded brown Kraft zigzag paper.

Gift option

Choose between a luxury brown Kraft gift box or gift wrap which includes wrapping in kraft paper and tied with jute twine and finished with a brown Kraft gift tag. (If you wish to have both you can tick the gift wrap box above the add to cart button) - I will include a personalised note for you, fill out the notes at the checkout. I can even send it straight to the recipient, just put their address instead of yours.

Each heart measures approximately 11x10cm.
